February
22-24, 2010
Registration for the 2010 League of Washington Theatres Areawide Auditions is now closed. If you
did not get an appointment, you may try for a standby slot. Here
are the following procedures for
stand-bys .
2. Stand-bys are taken on a daily first come, first served basis. The list starts at 9:00am each morning; we start the list over each morning.
3. Sign in at the actors check-in desk. You will receive a stand-by number at that time. Please give your 60 picture/resumes to the monitor at the check-in desk. If you do get a slot, we will have to distribute your P/Rs to the auditors as quickly as possible. Note: We will not accept P/Rs that are not properly attached or that do not have a telephone number. You will not receive a stand-by number unless these two criteria are met.
4. Please stay close to the check-in desk. If we call your number and you are not here, you will have to go to the end of the line.
5. We will try to give stand-bys as much warning as possible, but we cannot guarantee how much (it could be only a few minutes).
6. If you do not get an audition slot, please pick up your pictures from the monitor at the check-in desk.
7. While we try to get as many stand-bys in as possible, we do not know how many stand-bys will be able to audition on any given day. The stand-by list starts over again each day.
